Pendleton Jacquard Napped Robe Harding Shale
Still a fan favourite, this custom design is crafted of USA-made wool in the Pendleton, Oregon mill. President Harding and his wife Florence visited in 1923 to honor part of the Oregon Trail. As a gift, Native American leaders presented the first lady with a Pendleton shawl inspired by a blanket of their chief. This design quickly gained popularity and continues to be a symbol of the West.
